Sara, a 17-year-old American girl, is having a difficult time adjusting to her new life in England. She hasn't got any friends at school and feels like an outsider. One day, she's assigned a special school project, researching the similarities in the lives of the two great dramatists, Cervantes and Shakespeare. Strange things happen as Sara becomes involved in this project. She is visited by both Cervantes and Shakespeare, who give her a great deal of valuable advice. But is Sara simply imagining things?
